     IDAC has signed -     
an agreement with RDSO on Job Analysis of Motormen of Indian Railways (Govt. of India) in July 2010.

     In February 2011 -
IDAC conducted its first online career assessment program for Aditya Birla Public School, Neemuch (MP) for the students of X and XII. Career counseling and workshop was also conducted.

IDAC conducted a session on Team Building for the faculty members of Algol School of Business Management, Gurgaon in March 2011.

IDAC-The Training and Assessment Institute has successfully completed the training of 2600 drivers for the Common Wealth Games 2010.

Conducted 'Career Assessment Program' for over 500 students at Unity College, Lucknow during 6 to 8 October 2010.

IDAC conducted 'Leadership and Team Building' training workshop for BCA students in DIRD institute, Delhi on 29th September 2010.

Organized Campus Placement Interview for PC Training Institute through ICICI Prudential on 23rd August, 2009.


Conducted Career Planning Session for MBA students at Bhai Parmanand Institute of Business Studies on 7th August, 2009

Conducted 10 days Personality Enhancement Program me in University of Petroleum Energy & Studies, Dehradun for 1700 Management, Engineering Law students from 20th July, 2009 to 31st July, 2009.
I have had the opportunity of working with IDAC both as a trainer and as a filmmaker. As a freelancer I value the collaborative nature of both these interactions, wherein there was a great degree of openness and respect towards my style of working and no attempts to impose their own agenda. Working with IDAC has certainly been a great value-add to my profile.
