Dr. Om Sharma is working in the field of Teaching and Research. He has been a core member
and has actively contributed to various research projects and Conferences/Symposium at
Department of Psychology, Banaras Hindu University and Department of Humanities and
Social Sciences, Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. He earned significant
research experience while establishing ‘Cognitive Science Laboratory’ at BHU, Varanasi.
He has been actively involved with Project Principal-Coordinators in project proposal
development, testing and report preparation activities. He has been actively working
in the fields of Organizational Behaviour, Research Methodology, Experimental Psychology,
Organizational & Industrial Psychology and
Statistics. He has published research papers in around 10 national and international Journals. Also,
his publications have been presented in around 7 proceedings of seminars/conferences- nationally and
internationally.
He has been awarded with Prof. Anima Sen Award for Best paper in Indian Academy of Applied Psychology
Journal, 2002.
