She has been into teaching experience since 31 years. She has taught various
courses of Psychology and Management Sciences at various universities and
premier management institutes. She has served as visiting faculty at various
institutes XLRI Jamshedpur; IIM Indore; IMT Ghaziabad, etc. She has also
served as a Guest lecturer in various institutes. She also acted as resource
person for trainings with RDSO, Ministry of Railways; Frankfinn Institute for
Airhostess Training; Tata Consultancy Services, etc.
She has been part of research projects with U.G.C., Report submitted to Ministry of Welfare
and ICSSR. She has published over 80 research papers published in various national and
international journals/presented at conferences.
She has completed Ph.D, M.A and B.A. in Psychology from Banaras Hindu University, 1972.
She has achieved American Field Service International Scholarship, National Talent Search
Examination, NCERT during her academic period.
