Susmita Halder has been working in the field of teaching, Psychological testing,
Rehabilitation psychology, Psychotherapy and Behavior Modification. She has published
around 18 research works in journals. Additionally, she has presented research papers
in nationally and Internationally. She is a member of professional bodies like IACP,
Indian Association of Industrial Psychiatry, and Indian Psychiatric Society.
Susmita completed her MA in Clinical Psychology from the University of Calcutta.
She has done her M.Phil and Ph.D from RINPAS, Ranchi.
