1) Corporate trainer/
PD trainer
Job responsibility: To
conduct TNA-Training Need analysis in organizations and
prepare customized
training. Design
specific modules and conduct training in organizations
for sales, marketing,
communication, negotiation skills, presentation, leadership
skills, and customer
relationship management, etc. To
continuously update knowledge of current corporate and
business trends. To
have a high level of target orientation and the capability
to build and maintain
customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- A graduate/post graduate (MBA preferred)
with minimum 2 years experience of conducting soft
skill training.
- The incumbent must possess a passion for training
and development and exceptional interpersonal and
communication skills.
- The incumbent must have high energy and enthusiasm
level and the willingness to travel extensively.
- Incumbent should possess pleasant and well-groomed
personality with excellent communication skills.
2) Psychologists
Job responsibility:
To administer and interpret various Psychometric tools
Preparing reports of conducted assessment
To do personal counseling with parents and children
To plan and lead workshops and group discussions on various
topics Requirements:
- Masters in psychology/ Child development,
preferably diploma in guidance & counseling
- Should possess effective communication skills “
verbal & written”
- Should have strong analytical & decision making
skills
- Computer savvy
