Dr. Vedagiri Ganesan, Ph. D., is a renowned Business/
Organizational/ Environmental Psychologist with over four decades of experience in Training and
Consultancy at National and International levels.
He has served in various capacities in number of Professional Bodies of Psychology, Industrial
Psychiatry, Management, and Andrology as President, Vice - President, Secretary, Executive Committee Member, etc.
Prof. Ganesan was awarded the Young Scientist Award by the Indian Science Congress Association,
Calcutta in 1982 at Mysore, the Visiting Associateship Award (Yoga Techniques and Behaviour
Modification Techniques), and Source Material Collection Award for his research on Organizational
Climate for Knowledge Workers and Creativity.
He had presented research papers in over two hundred National and International Conferences,
Seminars and Workshops, and published papers over two hundred papers in National and International
