Achievements
IDAC is a leading organization
in the field of assessment, counseling and training. It
caters to various mental health and training needs from
newborn to old age. Its clientele includes schools, professional
institutes, organizations and individuals. It comprises
of a team of certified trainers, qualified psychologists
and skilled counselors. Our principle activities include
employee and managerial training in public and private
sectors, personality development & employability skills
training in institutes/colleges and developmental assessment
and counseling.
Our History:
To fulfill diverse need of human development and with
the motto “promoting excellence”, IDAC-The
Assessment Institute, was established in the year of 2005
to fill the void of professional organization that can
provide psychological services at affordable price to
all. Within a short span of time it reached almost all
states. IDAC has successfully assessed more than 35000
students from different schools as well as institutes
from various parts of country. Its clientele includes
more than 150 schools in north India. Expanding its horizon
IDAC started training programmes for organizations and
transformed in to IDAC-The Training & Assessment Institute.
It has imparted training to top-notch corporate organizations
viz. The reliance communications ltd., Novartis healthcare
Pvt. ltd, Shyam Telelinks ltd, Research Designs &
Standards Organisation (RDSO), Ministry of Railways, Govt.
of India, etc.

To contribute to nation’s happiness quotient by
enhancing its citizens’ mental health and well being
and to add its prosperity by identifying, upgrading and
transforming the talents and competencies of its workforce.

Achievements:
- In May 2009, IDAC Conducted Developmental Assessment
on the students of St. John's boys Home, Khera Khurd,
Delhi.
- In May2009, IDAC conducted Developmental assessment
on 95 Students of Colonel’s Central Academy,
Gurgoan (Haryana)
- In February 2009, IDAC imparted training to sales
team of ‘Novartis healthcare Pvt. Ltd, hyderabad’
- In February 2008, IDAC conducted training in ‘The
Reliance Communications Ltd.’ in
its three circles viz. Rajasthan, UP and UP west circles.
Total 1718 employees of this
organization attended the training programme and got
the benefits in their personal and professional development.
- In May 2008, IDAC conducted 6 training sessions
with Rajasthan based telecom company ‘Shyam
Telelinks Ltd. (Rainbow Telecom)’
and contributed to the professional and personal growth
of 200 employees.
- In June 2007, IDAC initiated the project “Discover
yourself” in Delhi University under which
1400 students were assessed and counseled. It
guided them to opt for appropriate
subjects, streams and colleges.
- In September 2006,IDAC conducted three days workshop
for 1000 teachers of Education Department of Bhilai
Steel Plant under School Development Programme”
in Bhilai.
- Under a special Govt. project, IDAC assessed 2061
students in the territory of Andaman and Nicobar Islands
in August 2006 Counseling and intervention programmes
were also provided.
