PBL= Problem Based Learning.
We use Problem based learning technique to impart education.
It is a training strategy in which trainees working individually
or in groups, take responsibility for solving professional
problems. The instructor creates a hypothetical situation
for the trainees (called a project / process /interview
/ deal) and then takes a back seat as an observer and
an advisor while the trainee works out a solution. This
helps the trainee to learn in a real life simulated conditions.
